Our technical teams monitor every station and every power bank in real time. Our maintenance relies on continuous operational monitoring, anomaly detection and rapid intervention when needed.
Our field technicians are trained in the safety, fire and electrical issues specific to running a fleet of lithium batteries. This in-house training, renewed regularly, ensures interventions meet safety standards.
Controlled availability
The challenge is not just solving a problem when it appears.
The challenge is to maintain a high level of service over time, with rigorous operations, clear processes and proactive monitoring: as soon as more than 50% of a station's power banks approach their usage limit, a collection is scheduled automatically, so a site is never left without availability.

Controlled management of
portable power banks
Life cycle, breakage, recycling
An intelligent system tracks the wear of each power bank in real time and spreads usage between them to avoid overuse. When needed, a collection is triggered automatically. The power banks are then entrusted to our approved partner SCRELEC for recycling in line with environmental standards.
